We are a highly selective firm and will typically only aim to complete around two new deals per year, out of the hundreds we review. Numus raises capital for start-ups through its exempt market dealer, Numus Capital Corp. Unlike most VCs, we do not manage a fund. Numus Capital manages a network of high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
We identify early-stage companies with significant upside that can reach the next stage in their development through a capital infusion and a path forward in the capital markets. We are looking for companies with significant growth potential that have the opportunity to become leaders in their sectors. Once we finance a company, we partner closely with them for the long term.
